6 – Percorso della Salute

Il percorso è particolarmente indicato, vista la facilità e comodità del tracciato, per chi desidera trarre dei benefici per la propria salute. Solamente l’ultimo tratto presenta un marcato aumento di pendenza. Dal parcheggio presso la chiesa di Castellano si prosegue attraverso il paese. Uscendo dall’abitato al primo tornante, si raggiunge una croce in pietra, ivi collocata negli Trenta ma realizzata a metà ‘800. Proseguendo lungo la strada tra frutteti (meli, ciliegi) e vigneti, si attraversano varie località fino a località Nambiol, collocata sotto il paese, dove c’è un’ampia area vitata. Essendo questi terreni collocati in posizione strategica sulla valle, negli anni Novanta sono stati effettuati alcuni scavi archeologici, con il ritrovamento di alcuni reperti preistorici. Raggiunta la fine della strada si sale attraverso l’antico tracciato della strada delle Coste, che porta, dopo una ripida salita, nuovamente al paese di Castellano.

Die Route ist besonders geeignet für Menschen, die Vorteile für die eigene Gesundheit ziehen wollen, weil sie ziemlich einfach und komfortabel ist. Nur beim letzten Abschnitt wird die Neigung deutlich höher. Vom Parkplatz bei der Kirche von Castellano läuft man weiter durch das Dorf. Aus dem Dorf erreicht man ein Kreuz aus Stein, die in den dreißigen Jahren dort gelegen wurde, die aber Mitte des 19. Jahrhundert gebaut wurde. Weiter den Weg entlang und durch die Obstgärten (Apfelbäume, Kirschbäume, Weinberge) läuft man durch verschiedene Orte und noch weiter erreicht man das Ort Nambiol, das unter dem Dorf liegt, wo einen breiten Weinanbau liegt. Da diese Böden in einer strategischen Lage über dem Tal liegen, wurden achäologische Ausgrabungen in den neunzigen Jahren um diesem Gebiet durchgeführt und einige präistorische Fundstücke wurden gefunden. Beim Ende des Wegs läuft man aufwärts durch die alte Route des Wegs von Coste, die nach einem steilen Aufstieg weider nach dem Dorf Castellano leitet.

Considering how easy this route is, it`s particularly indicated to those who want to get most benefits for their health. Only in its end, this road slope increases sharply. From the parking area near Castellano Church you should cross the village. After you come out of it, you will see a stone cross of the middle of the 19^th century, placed there in the thirties. Following the road among fruit trees (apples & cherries) as well as grape wines, among others, you will reach “Nambiol” area, which is situated below the village and is rich in wine cultivation and vine production. As these lands are situated in a highly strategic position above the valley, the archeological excavations were organized here in the 90-ies and may prehistorical exhibits have been found. When you reach the end of the road, follow the ancient Coste road, quite steep, which will bring you back to Castellano.
